This guy called me and he said he was a member of the association AML "anti money laundering" in UK and international also. He pretended he could recover money from crypto websites. (I don't know what is crypto). He knows English, french and dutch. He has strong (false) argument to tell you. When I ask him to call the association AML to be identified, he turns around the circle. National Insurance warning as thousands targeted by scam call - ‘Do not press one!’
I received an automated call claiming to be from HMRC fraud and wanted me to go through a set of number keying. Obviously a scam when I checked the number in Google it came back to a bakers in Glasgow. it seems the callers are spoofing telephone numbers to use in the scam.
I did not answer, but a google search led me to this site, so I'm popping the info here. I have now blocked the caller in any case so job done.

this number called to inform me by recorded message that my internet was about to be disconnected and was asked to press one of 2 digits on my phone keypad where I would be directed to discuss my options. I consider this is a scam which would then connect me to a premium phoneline. it is now blocked by my call protect and I advise anyone receiving a call from this or similar numbers with the same dialling code not to press any digit on their phone but hang up and block the number
