I just received a call from this number by a male person of oriental descent alluding to be from the US Federal Government, some grant department in Washington DC. He notified me of my name being selected from a list of persons with no criminal record, no bankruptcy in the last 6 months and history of making payments ontime. I was told that a grant in the amount of US$9200.00 was mine if I go to a Western Union office and put US$250.00 in some kind of holding account with my personal ID number.

Had a call every day from different area codes - no answer. Rang back each different number and it s a call centre from a company called Allay - not sure who or what but suspicious if they are using virtual landline numbers all over the UK.

Got a call from this number, the person added me on skype asking to place an ad on gumtree for them. Very pushy and harassing, went through with it as far as I could just for fun. Claiming to be EE feedback call for my mobile. Epic fail on so many levels not least their shitty VOIP. OFCOM need to shut down the routes used by fraudsters not leave it to sites such as this to highlight their scams.

Fraud Automated called saying my internet would be cut off for illegal activity etc. Then press 1 etc to speak to an operator. Needless to say I didn’t. Internet still working.
