Said he was from UK Accident Airwise (not sure about this, asks him to repeat it 3 times but his accent made it hard to understand) Services. When I asked where the company office was based he put the phone down on me.

It is High time BT themselves did something about this type of call as it has been going on for a very long time.Do not be fooled, it is a SCAM which potentially will relieve you of large amounts of your money!!
