I got a call from 01875587036, so they are using a local area number to fool you into calling them back.

Called my mobile regarding an accident I had that was not my fault. Asked where got info from & she said National Accident Statistics. Said info is wrong not had accident fault or non fault as don t even drive & she said will removed my name from their database - but I doubt she will though

Asked for Andrew *Undecipherable* who has never been associated with my number when asked who was calling they gave the above company name which may well be false as Google doesn t provide any information for such a company existing. When they asked me to confirm my identity I told him that it was a business line and he hung up.

callcentre for ppi, insurance...all the usuall unwanted onsollicited phone calls. swore at me down the phone when trying to tell them i wasn t interested

Called them back, 03 numbers free on my plan, so didnt get charged (checked with the phone company) told them that i had reported their number, was hung up on. They rang the next day, dead air, rang the phone company who told me they can block the number. Wont be getting that again. Do not trust, when i call them i got different company names every time.

Another call centre phishing by stating "we're calling about the accident you had". Avoid these jokers at all costs.

Asked name and why I didn't call then dropped off. Obvious spam call, but a real nuisance as was passenger in vehicle at the time

Called 4 times today, did the whole reciting my details trick (easily obtainable by googling my office phone number) apparently offering better electricity rates. Told them I wasn t interested on all 4 occasions yet they kept calling back to ask who was providing my electric. Very insistent on getting my electricity providers name to the point it was suspicious that they wanted it so much.

You re right not to call back. Why would they need you to "leave your number" when they must already have it if they ve called you twice? Very odd.

Debt clearing scam

recorded message saying my broadband will be stopped and IP address changed in 24 hours. Then an option of pressing 1 or 2 for more info. Call was ignored and number blocked.

28 Nov. 2022 (17:33) a chap with Indian accent called me claiming to be from BT to say that my computer may have been compromised and that he could check that for me if I switched it on and he ran a quick check. Complete nonsense of course and an attempted scam. He said he was calling from London but the area code is Falkirk (Scotland).

Ring once then hang up, very annoying. They call from several different numbers.

Keeps calling my landline every day at 11.00 am. when the message system switches on he hangs up without leaving a message. Its very annoying
