Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.
I have just had a call from this number - a man with an Asian accent (possible Indian) asking me about my computer,. saying there was something wrong with it, and he wanted to sort it out for me. I put the phone down, but he tried ringing back twice more.

We have been charged by BT 7 times since January. I contacted BT in April, who insisted we made the calls. We don t know who this persons is, have never called them. Eventually they said they would take it up with Complaints. Nothing heard. Our latest BT bill shows two payments for this number - about to complain yet again. Is it significant that the calls are always 24p.

Said it was pra group asking for a name that is only accociated with ee (phone contract) no where else have i just it. Ive had this number since the days of T-Mobile when it used to be on pay as you go. Only swapprd it to pay monthly at Christmas and what do you know 41 missed calls since the end of April. before you say they didn t do a credit check because I ve been a T-Mobile customer for so long. Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.
