Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!
Calls to ask whether you are a iPhone or Samsung user, Indian accent, claiming to be from carphone warehouse, then BT mobile, inconsistent story, seems to be phishing for information

Fraud Call claimed to checking on possible fraudulent payments from a bank card (one to Amazon, and one international), and inviting me to press 1 to continue. But as it was left on answering machine this could not be done. No card provider specified and they didn't address me by name. On checking, no such payments have been made from any of my cards.
Called twice today. Answer machine kicked in and there was no message. From what others have said I believe it is a junk call and am getting fed up of so many.
