Reported to be from Homeserve but in my Opinion if really Homeserve and you have an account with them, they would write to you rather the phone to make you an offer of a lower rate. Most likely sme sort of scam

a lady said I had 5 free tickets for euro millions for tonight, I asked politely for my number to be renoved as im not interested. she then said" well its a chance to win free money, im pretty sure you would be interested if you actually listened to what im telling you" she was quite aggressive! I said im only interested in listening to her removing my number. her reply was " well you already said that, I can understand english you know. so no need to be so f***ing rude!" I missed the call but then the number 07775555028 sent me a text message to say "Voicemail message received 10:34 on 13th Jul. Duration 6s. Click or call 22215 to hear this message at your normal call rate." which all seems very scammy. The number 22215 was linked so I wouldn't say its safe to click it. Very dodgey text and not expecting a call from anybody

My local police community support officer said these stickers have been used by criminals and recommended finding a locksmith through a telephone directory or online. Never call the number on a sticker that has been afixed to your doorbell without permission. If in doubt, contact your local police.
