Scammers!!!! They called my grandmother regarding a PPI claim, telling her in order to claim she would need to put £400 on a travel card (this was their agency 'commission' apparently), and they would come to her home (beware, they already knew her address) to exchange the travel card for her "PPI compensation cheque". Thankfully we've taught her well and she called me first to ask if I thought it was a scam.

Fraud.Trying to get me to believe my internet was about to be cut.

SPAM Answered call and someone I can only feel sorry for decided to say nothing and make strange noises that were similar to either laughing or crying. I hope they get the help they need.

Have received numerous calls from this number in recent weeks. Decided to call back today and got an answer service announcing it was Compare Insurance wanting to discuss "insurance" offers to improve my insurance. Number blocked.

An Indian lady saying she us calling from BT about my Landline & internet connection . Then tries to confirm my name by saying my fathers name { passed away nearly four years ago } . On informing them that the person doesn't live here the phone was put down . I'm not with BT either . My Location Leicestershire Called on Thursday at 10.10 Block and report these scammers .

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, phishing for bank account details).
