Foreign speaking lady asked to speak to my father by name, informed her he died 16yrs ago. She continued talking about shares he had etc. I asked her to send me details and how she got my phone No. She said it wasn’t possibly because she has hundred of people on her books. Didn’t catch how she got my number, but she also knew my address. Think it is a scam. How low can they stoop.

SCAM Asian man claiming to be from "Networking Department at Openreach". Didn't say what he was calling about so I hung up because (a) Openreach don't contact the public direct out of the blue but would do so through the relevant ISP and (b) my internet comes via the independent KCOM network in Hull which has nothing to do with Openreach.

I am sick to death of the daily calls from this number all times of day no message left etc I have found out it is a sky number based in Cardiff but do not answer or call back getting really sick of it now need to find out how to block this number it s a nuisance especially as I am already with sky! Not by choice but automatically transferred from O2.
This number dialled few moments ago: A computer generated voice said it was HMRC stating a fraud claim has been raised against me, If i don't state my name etc I will be arrested immediately. Do NOT leave your details, this is not to be trusted and most definitely IS a highly dangerous. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.
