I rang back on the number from their website rather than the one stated and it was a genuine call - they transferred me to the fraud team and everything fine. Really on the ball though! I'd opened a new account with a trader online & they said there hadn't been any history of me using that trader so they stopped my card as a precaution. Better safe than sorry
