I get these phone calls 2/3 times every day. Welsh guy everytime. I asked for his and his manager s name, he then hung up - absolute cowboy!

I know many people who will no longer answer their landline unless they recognise the callers number. It is businesses like IJT, boiler-room scams and PPI Claim companies who have changed the telephone from a useful tool and friend into a nuisance ridden pain in the arse. Well done everyone!

I have received calls from these people every day but nobody is on the line. So I emailed them and told them to remove my ex directory number immediately as they are contravening the new Data Protection Law and one more call and I will complain and they could incur as hefty fine, if I wanted their insurance I would call them, so Google Data Protection and go on their site, There is a link where you can complain. This is harassment so let s put a stop to it.

Was sure that it was a Canadian cousin then accepted it wasnt. Asked for £9.00 odd etc etc due to bill , didnt make any sense. Caller hung up immediately after I accepted the call. Maybe a robot to detect phone numbers in use ?
