Pakistani said he was called Nahim Amin. Tried to sell me his mum but I said no. He said he could reduce the price I said I’m not interested . Not into hookers. Don't know who called me from this number. I jumped out of bed when the phone rang but I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. It was 7:36 am ffs! Even the sun was still in bed where I live in Greater Manchester and I do't even know where Thanet is, never mind why someone from there would be phoning me at an ungodly hour. The man with a distinctly foreign accent said that he was from a Broadband provider that uses the 4G network £25 a month for 18 months. But what put me off was as soon as he had finished his schpeel he asked without prompt for my bank details. I said I would get back to him next week when I had done some research into the company.

phone call from 01270 102970 to home landline at 1645pm 12/01/2023. Caller had foreign accent . Caller said he was from Sky Assurance as our insurance on our TV is about to expire and offered me various deals at various costs to renew. I have never heard of Sky Assurance, and we do NOT currently have any insurance policy covering our TV. When I asked the caller where he was based , he hung up!
When I answered their call, they asked who I was!! They then went on to say it was about payments made on an Airplus Corporate Credit card, I don't have one. They then said it was connected to a phone number ending in 2331. After saying that wasn't my number they hung up and I've not been able to get them to answer since.

This number is used by an Oven-Cleaning service - I tried to use them a couple of years ago but they would never come when I wanted them to. After getting my money back from the bank I told them that I did not want their services any more. Since then I have received literally hundreds of calls, all saying that they would like to confirm a time and date for their visit - I have asked them to stop but they are relentless. I have also blocked various numbers, at least 20 but they still call.
