SCAM - "John" from "BT" called to help me sort out the issues with our router............he also called me from 01617983874 earlier in the day. When I asked him for a number that I could call him back on he tried to put me through to his supervisor and the phone went dead.

The Indian lady asked for a person, who is a fictional character I use in a game.
