Waffled on about global pandemic and making small. I had to ask him twice who he was and what he wanted. Eventually, he said he wanted me to participate in an economic survey. I told him, no thank you, I wasn't interested, he kept trying to talk over me and I hung up. A few seconds later he rang back asking why I hung up. I told him again I'm not interested in whatever it is. He answered back 'not interested in what' getting confrontational. I hung up again.

A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to a national chain of clinics called Spa Medica.

Offering installs of software that is sold to the customer as if they actually paid for them. The amount the cost would be in the thousands alone.
