Man with strong Asian accent claimed to be from Vodaphone Pretty sure that was not true. I hung up both times.
I received a phone call frim this number. stating the obreviation PDCD not the full name of the company. They asked me to call back. They did not mention any reason, why will I call them back!

An Indian sounding gentleman on a very bad line, claimed to be calling me from Currys PCWorld with a promotion to upgrade my cellphone (his term) for no charge, could I just confirm what phone I currently had? As I do not have a mobile contract through Currys PCWorld I knew this was a scam call and hung up.

Got a call off this number saying they work for council repair team and they say av got alot of repairs to be done and to be honest I don't live a a council house it's private, he put phone done. Then within 30 mims later rang again and said they are debt collectors so I told him to make his mind up what he wants to be and get a proper job. A#$&holes them
Rang today saying it was a debt company and my husband( who they didn’t know was deceased ) owed money for a long time . I didn’t tell them he was deceased and said if you want ant contact with my husband you’ll only get it through me , as this Indian insisted he spoke to him . SCAM Called and claimed to be from Vodafone and offered 40% discount for six months as a loyal customer Asked to confirm my name, address, email address. When I asked that I wanted to be sure they were from Vodafone, and they exclaimed "of course it is Vodafone" I said no thanks and hung up
I had a call this afternoon apparently from this number 08000234567, which I know is the number of the Financial Ombudsman's Office, when the caller said he was from the fraud dept of my bank. I had called the Financial Ombudsman earlier in the day on that number. It did not feel right and when I challenged the caller he put down the phone. Somebody may be able to pick up the numbers of those who have called the FOO? I will tell the FOO by email as their phone system takes too long to get through!
