Rang me three times this week asking for Mr Woodward. Told them wrong number the first time. The third time she started saying well this call may be of interest to you. I told them no it isn t. At no point did they introduce themselves.

When I call from my home number, it displays at the other end as 0208366821!

PPI scam as soon as I questioned them they hung up

Have rung several times despite my telling them not to. So this morning I just put the handset next to the radio until they hung up. Next time they will get an earful of my policeman s whistle!

This lot called me on my work mobile asking for my husband but then using a surname that wasnt ours - similar but replacing two letters. Then started to talk about our insurance but didnt know much about it..."so you pay monthly then..>" When i started to question who they were they hung up

I also missed this call on my mobile. I called back from a landline to be told the number is not in service. Strange. I have now blocked it for future use.

has repeatedly rung me trying to make me pay for an advert in his crime prevention magazine that he says I agreed to but I know I didnt. Last phone call was today he became aggressive and nasty, resorting to bullying tactics. Hope I ve heard the last of him but I doubt it somehow. Got a call from this number stating that someone had put me as a emergency contact number, and they have had a car accident. I obviously called everyone i knew to make sure they were all alright, this seems to be a SCAM.
