Automated Call ? Young male voice saying they're from Insulation Advisory Services, trying to get you to have a loft insulation survey. It's a clever automated system, that listens for you to say something in response to it's questions , but it is unable to react properly to your random questions. It fails the "Turing Test", but that doesn't make it any less annoying. They've phoned me 4 times in the last 2 days so far.

It said I wouldn’t be able to use my national insurance number if I didn’t press 1 and talk to the officer. Didn’t mention my name if any details, and hung up after 30 seconds.
