After searching online, others have suggested it's Domestic and General, which I do have cover with for appliances, therefore would expect them to talk. I have been telephoned this afternoon – apparently by EE – to tell me that I was getting a 45% discount on my bill for the next year? I was then passed on to a supervisor to confirm my email address – which I did. They then said that they would email me and I would need to change the password to EEdefault19: at this point I told the caller I would hang-up.

This person is on Facebook who thinks he is Zak baggins from ghost adventures.chats you up to try and get money from you by saying to you get a I.D.Fan card.and you will be his number one fan.for £100.00 pounds.be very careful of him.
Some have said possibly 02 call centre - would have thought they would have a bit of respect at this time, especially on a weekend. I have had two calls 8th & 10th Sept. - Advice is to never answer calls unless number known to yourselves.
