This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. It's a scam do NOT trust the people that tell you it's the official number. Ive had a chat with support and they cannot confirm this number and told me not to call that number at any cost. There's even a natwest clone website that could trick many people . Its professionally done and natwest should do something about this immediately as it's one of the top links on google search.
