I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. I missed two calls - the second one today 17/09/16. I looked the number up online - didn t find any comments. Rang the number back - there is a voicemail message that says it is a Market Research company and how to get more information about them. If you did want to speak to them they can be contacted on 01908 278303 - maybe to get your number removed from their list. They do have a website - might give info re how to do this on there. Or block them/don t answer if you are not interested.

This is a scam number the called my uncle pretending to be from Amazon saying that they had taken £95 from his account by accident and if he gave them his details they would refund the money. Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.
