This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. They take you to Event Viewer administrative events in order to show you a scary page with yellow warning triangles and red error messages. Then to another caller for their main strike. I had two calls from this number. They told me that i have been sellected in the list of hundred people in a lucky draw. They asked me to choose numbers between certain digits. Then they asked me my bank account and sort code so that they could send me money if i win.... and i told them ????????????. Am i scammed?? I feel like it. How can i stop this? Plz help.

This company called me twice in quick succession. Asking questions about my boiler and then had I got a conservatory.
Fraud SCAM, at least 4 different numbers from 3 countries. Do NOT give them your money, do NOT install anything, don't use your password on their website
National Debt Advice Helpline, cold call. Keep receiving calls from these people on different numbers every single day. Have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list. Obviously not professionals as they do not adhere to TPS rules, potentially scammers.

This number 01133100118 which shows as Leeds rang me & offered to beat my network provider by 30% without knowing who i was with, 5 minutes later the same man (john) rang me again with the same offer, this time the number 01143560006 came up as Sheffield. Leeds to Sheffield in less than 5 minutes is pretty fast so i think these numbers are being spoofed from a computer.

Just been contacted by this number,claimed to be from(cooperative energy)asking for an up to date reading of my meters.I normally supply them online at the beginning of the month(which is only 2 days away) I gave them the readings and then they asked if they were located inside or outdoors.They also asked if they were accessible to an engineer should they need to call???????? This has all the makings of a SCAM.I have notified my energy provider regarding this matter
