Got missed call from this number didn't answer, says phone is in south africa so I doubt its legit.
Not a day goes by without a moron calling from this number and asking to speak to a Mr Green. The same person calls on a different number if you block the number they are calling from. They are of course cretins who have little understanding of the simple English word "NO". I leave the phone off the hook and let the idiot babble on at No expense to me . This was a call from Reassured Insurance, following my request for an online quote. No online quote given but follow up phone calls from a local number in my area. They do not seem to have any office in my local area. I would not deal with a company that uses such tactics.

Scammers.. A recording saying that your national insurance number has been compromised. I keep getting calls on my work mobile which I only ever use for work and it is in no way linked to me personally. Definitely a scam, as I have read about people getting these calls. Be wary!
Telemarketing Possibly telemarketing, possibly a scam/fraudulent. A woman called (I'd missed a call yesterday) and told me she was from a company whose name I didn't catch - she wouldn't repeat it. After I made it clear she hadn't got my number from 'a page' I signed up to, and asked for a call from, she berated me for wasting HER time 'because I'm working'.... Refused to say where she got my number from, carried on getting pissy and eventually hung up. After wasting a lot of MY time: she cold-called me!

Received a call from someone with heavy asian accent claiming to be called Neil. Informed me that the monthly maintenance fee for my TV was to be reduced next month & wanted to confirm bank details. I do not have TV maintenance contract so told him so and hung up. SCAM!!!!!!!!

Fraud SCAM The caller claimed to be from mobile phone promotion department offering a discount. I established that the caller was a fraud and called them out at which point they stopped being polite and friendly and began to taunt and be abusive.
