I've missed this call, so I called back and it was a marketing call. I don't know where from, as I've hanged up when realized.

Just had a missed call from this number. They must be doing the rounds at the moment. We never answer numbers we don t know, if it s important or genuine they will leave a message.

I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. The first two London calls where listed as suspected spam, however, some of calls in this category have been bona fide.

I believe this is a scam. The firm is repeatedly calling me. It does not leave a message or identify itself.

Scam. I managed to keep them on the line for 13 minutes whilst they gave instructions on running EventViewer as "proof" of all of the "Internet viruses infecting my computer" then the LogMeIn account that they would use to install malware on my machine. This is so that I could enter the 9-digit account on the "Abuse" section on LogMeIn.com to get it shut down... very important!
