Cold call. Told me I had been involved in an accident. Since I had not I challenged the caller that they were making a nuisance call. They hung up instantly.

I thought it might be a US colleague as it came up US call so called back and it goes straight to redial so something dogey I suspect. They then called back and I answered and its a voicemail saying "you were recently in an automobile accident and yet to claim"

My wife was woken this morning by a call from this number. The caller had a strong Indian accent and told her that there was a problem with her computer. She had trouble understanding him and hung up. It sounds like a scam to get hold of personal details.

Caller said there was a problem with my computer. Asked him if he was same person making a similar call from a withheld number earlier today who used foul abusive language when I asked if he had heard of the telephone preference service. This time the caller rang off immediately.
