I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. probably a mask for a real number from abroad. Caller had Indian Accent and it was the well known "Windows Technician Scam" (try Google if you do not know about this scam)
