This number 01133100118 which shows as Leeds rang me & offered to beat my network provider by 30% without knowing who i was with, 5 minutes later the same man (john) rang me again with the same offer, this time the number 01143560006 came up as Sheffield. Leeds to Sheffield in less than 5 minutes is pretty fast so i think these numbers are being spoofed from a computer.

FAKE CALL FROM INLAND REVENUE (asking to press button 1) DONT DO IT !!! to be connected to them, as there is a fraud case against you, and if you don't press button 1, the police will come, and you ll be arrested.

Has phoned me 3 times in last week. Asian male asks for me by name then when asked who they are and what do they want they hang up. Have threatened to call police if they continue with suspicious calls. I was getting quite upset with the hang ups. Have no idea why they keep calling and not identifying themselves. Idiots
And the point to this phone call? Exactly where did they get my name & phone number from.

SCAM / SPAM They claimed to be looking into some fraudulent activity attached to my insurance number. When I asked if they could provide me with my insurance number, they hung up. They had a long spiel about how my insurance number had been used to hire a boat (!?) and found blood and cocaine on this boat later or something like that. Big accusations, clearly nothing to back it up.
Please be warned that scammers may call you from 01274792303 pretending to be from HMRC and tells you that you will be arrested for unpaid tax please don't worry. This number has called me 4 times during the day today at 2 hour (and less) intervals. The same happened yesterday. I answered the first call and it appeared to be about loans. I haven t answered their subsequent calls which has done nothing to lessen, or maybe just intensified their aggressive calling policy. There s nothing reputable about a company that acts in this way.

Got a call from this number stating that someone had put me as a emergency contact number, and they have had a car accident. I obviously called everyone i knew to make sure they were all alright, this seems to be a SCAM.

Rang me three times this week asking for Mr Woodward. Told them wrong number the first time. The third time she started saying well this call may be of interest to you. I told them no it isn t. At no point did they introduce themselves.
This company ring every day on a different number as I keep blocking them all. Had a quote for windows last year, apparently was a local company! Turned out was a distant company pretending to be local to get sales leads. As soon as the sales guy came and realised it was a big no! 2hours later and it took ages for him to get the hint and go
