Caller: Yes GEM: Well no thanks as the TV is now at least 7 years old now, (your a bit late). GEM:TAKE ME OFF YOUR DATABASE. This is a TPS registered number, you are not the original seller of the TV or the original supplier of warranty so should not be cold calling this number

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. T
