Recorded message supposedly from BT Technical department, informing me internet has been hacked and will be turned off in 24 hours.
Sheer silence, stayed on the line for just over a minute, I was expecting them to hang up, they did not. Just silence
Called to try and gain access to PC remotely said it had been hacked and had been downloading illegal materials. Very threatening and abusive. Indian accent.
Called and I could hear background noise but no one spoke when I answered.
