Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618148xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with pensions, RTA - traffic accident, PPI, insurance claims. It is the Tesco Fraud Team, I did not take the call and immediately rec'd a text message regarding a genuine transaction. I was able to confirm this to Tesco by replying 'Y' by text. I immediately rec'd an automated text confirming receipt of my confirmation. Very easy and efficient.

Had a call from this number and it rang until it went onto answer machine. Then it came up missed call. I did not call back as i knew it was not a number in my numbers list. This number is now blocked. Please help and report this number to get them charged
