Couldn't understand what the lady was saying as very strong Asian accent. Just been called and asked where they got the number. No response. She quickly hung up on me when I started asking questions. Undoubtedly a scam. I'm amazed these companies find this sort of thing worthwhile. Surely they just get hundreds of angry people on the phone every day with almost no take up of their scams.

Recorded message, telling me that I was the homeowner - I pressed 2 and Wayne From Energy Care answered. He asked me if I was the homeowner and as soon as I said no he hung up without apologising for phoning a number that is registered with TPS or offering to stop interrupting my activities.
Frequently call and only ring 3 or times then hang up. Frustrating !

He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! I get a call from this number every 2 other Saturday or so, I've never picked up and I keep blocking it, however, every time they ring they use a slightly different number : starting with 020 7946 and so far either 1842, 1699, 1469,1153.
