SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. I have had about 10 calls from this number and like the rest no reply when I answer.

Just received the fourth call from this number even though I asked to be taken off their list. They are a pain. They offer servicing for Dyson cleaners which will no doubt result in you needing costly and unnecessary other spare parts.

Phoned me twice this morning on my mobile and hung up on me, a pain when your busy doing gardening and DIY.

As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don t know who called I was at a dead end
