Female, Asian accent, nuisance call about TV insurance. How do you block/report these international calls?

This number has called me 4 times during the day today at 2 hour (and less) intervals. The same happened yesterday. I answered the first call and it appeared to be about loans. I haven t answered their subsequent calls which has done nothing to lessen, or maybe just intensified their aggressive calling policy. There s nothing reputable about a company that acts in this way.

pra debt collectors. also call mackenzie hall as well. buy debt for pennies in the pound and harass and lie to people. they have no right to chase, tell them to do one.
