Called as I had gone over my limit on my card. They did hang up the first time they tried calling me which was annoying to which the adviser informed me that they are having issues with the auto dialler system. I believe Aqua credit also use a similar number.

After not answering a spam call from 0161 336 7009, I received a further call from 0161 748 7009 one hour later. Again I didn't answer it, but think it odd that it follows ...

Called claiming to be working in association with Sky re blocking nuisance calls they new our Sky password. Very worrying contacted Sky to let them know.

Claim to be calling about a new payee requested on a Halifax account, however I have not added a new payee.

Just had a new washing machine delivered then received a call from this number who wanted me to pay extra money for insurance. Then I chose to cut the call and contact the real D & G who assured me it was a rogue call!

Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. She said that if I have a mobile contract I must be over 18. I said who says I have a mobile contract. I said I hadn t given permission for anyone to contact me on the number for marketing purposes. The company is known as go4ukloans , they call you to tell you that you have been approved for loan that does not exist as they are not loan company but bunch of people who scam people to take money of them. They will ask you to make the first payment of your loan for the loan to be sent in your bank. Don t believe them. Don t send them any money !!

GDPR has no relevance to these calls which use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER TRY TO RETURN A CALL to an unknown number and NEVER PRESS ...

Called me several times, insisting I had opted in. I used their website contact form to complain and to my surprise got a reply offering to tell me where they got my details, BUT for a fee of 10.00! They also said my numbers had been removed but they ve just called my mobile... They are now blocked. TPS/OFCOM/ICO are useless so long as these people can claim you have opted in. There needs to be a mechanism for checking and revoking opt-ins. Or better still make the default on all websites opt-OUT,
