2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.

Scam Call. Claiming to be from BT and saying they've noticed that my router has been dropping out from their servers. Mistake No1 I am not with BT Mistake No2 My job involves fixing broadband. Mistake No3 they did not know my name Mistake No4 they forgot how easy it is to hang up a call from them
It turned out to be another request for possible PPI refund.
Thanks to posts on here I can safely block this number... It might be genuine... still cold-calling, infringing on me & my time... and I don t need a hearing aid!

Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks.
