As per the comment they made on the 8th Dec 2016 to "hannah" makes me think how many friends do they really want to make. Scam/Fraud Recorded message stating that I had an arrest warrant against me for tax fraud - it then gives you an option to press '1' for something (by which time I'd hung up)... Obvious scam by whatever criminals are operating here.
