This number has rang three times in an hour and half tonight. It cuts off as soon as you answer. I have looked it up on these sort of websites and it either comes up as a parcel force scam or BT text messaging. Either way it is at the height of annoyance as I have blocked it but it keeps getting through. STOP RINGING ME.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618148xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with pensions, RTA - traffic accident, PPI, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

Didn't answer call. Looked up number and it's classed as a nuisance call. Asking people who answer about the so called accident they where involved in. When you ring it back nobody answers line goes dead. Blocked

Just took call from 'Lauren Mason' - 0207 946 1943 to my mobile. She asked about my 'accident' in the last 2/3 years. This time, I said 'wow, how did you know that?!' She said that the 'RTA Information database' had passed the info about my accident & could I confirm the date? Everyone can relax. I just called the PO Helpline and a very helpful, patient and pleasant lady told me that this *is* a legitimate POTelephones offer. They are offering a bill reduction for long-term customers, a sort of loyalty bonus. I got the number of their helpdesk off of my latest bill, so *that* is almost certainly legitimate. I hope this reassures some people. J.
