I got a call at work and a female welsh voice said `I understand you are under 60 years old and therefore you qualify for a pensions bonus payment of £1,000 which you will receive within the next 60 days. I have blocked this number but it still appears on my screen but without the ring tone fed up with it now !!!
I have been called from this number roughly four times a day since the 3rd of this month, no messages are being left and I refuse to answer a call from number I do not recognise as this can lead to more trouble.

21 Oct 2021 - This call left a message stating my National Insurance number was under fraud investigation and would be blocked and any assets frozen unless I press 1 and speak to an advisor. My advice would be if anyone even thought it was real to call HMRC first and speak to real authorities.Reply

Sounds like fraud. A robot tells me (without naming a bank) that my debit card has been used to pay £600 overseas. I checked all my various cards and no such payment as happened.
