Cold-calling scam regarding "financial market investments", likely based overseas as the caller's proferred name did not seem to correlate with their accent. Nervous laughter and unconvincing denial from the caller when accused of being a scammer and asked if they were based in Kolkata. Avoid.

As with others, been called daily for the last week..answer but phone just goes dead. Do they want us to call back - ie premium/extortionate rate number?? Dont know but wont be calling them!! Time wasters - but no doubt some kind of scam…..

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. Got a call from this number claiming to be from my Mobile Phone provider offering an upgrade. As I am on a PAYG tariff (satisfactory for my needs) I politely declined their offer and hung-up. If and when I want or need an upgrade I will decide which Company to approach.
Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian).
