She said that the 'RTA Information database' had passed the info about my accident & could I confirm the date? My wife just had a call from this number, asking for payment for money owed to the phone service provider, which she didn't. Then he mentioned two other phones on her account, which she doesn't have. Finally mentioned a misunderstanding when I walked in and started asking questions and put the phone down. Ringing the number back shows its out if service.

This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range 011326500xx just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients.
