SCAM / SPAM. Automatic message purporting to be from HMRC about a tax fraud I am supposed to have committed and instructing me to press 1 or have a warrant immediately issued for my arrest.
This number rang my mobile and I usually dont pick up unrecognised numbers but my partner is in hospital therefore I did but didn't speak, line stayed quiet from other end for about 10/15s then hung up!

Claimed to be the NAS (national advice service) asked if I had worked in an industrial enviroment, said no the girl on the end of the phone said "oh ok and hung up" total cold calling spammers. Also on YELL.com the phone number appears to belong to Your Claim Lawyers 120 Bark St, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 2AX.

Insulation I answered the call on third time of receiving a call on this number. Asian guy asking for my details to determine if I qualify for a grant for lift insulation. As this was a completely cold call I told him to remove my details from his list of contacts and to not call me again (yeah, right, like that’s going to happen!). I then hung up.

We are NOT in any way associated to the people making these calls. They use our name as a cover. We have reported this to the relevant authorities on a number of occasions. Text message claiming to be Royal Mail telling me I had an unpaid shipping fee of £2.99. If not paid, pacel will be returned to sender. Not expecting anything to arrive, looks like they've set up a pretty legimitate looking royal mail data collection website which could be used against you.
Continuously calling until I eventually answered. Mumbled the company name so that I couldn t catch it before launching into his script. Wanted me to complete a household preference survey which they would sell on, creating more nuisance phone calls. I always refuse.
