Had a call from 07894865338 from someone asking for me by name and claiming to be from the Citizens Advice. I thought he was saying he had been contacted because I had reported a dead person, I asked him to repeat it, which he did. His accent was very thick and from seeing this site I think he was trying to say I had reported a debt problem !!! He hung anyway...
They rang me, I answered then they ended the call straight away before speaking.

Scam mobile number. After i made a flight booking through OPODO i immediately get a txt message saying my credit card was declined and i was to answer YES to stop future declined. Unfortunately i did reply YES. So this could mean they will use my number for future scam attempts. I already checked my phone for any malware (avg scan). Anything else i should do? (already checked bank account no dodgy transactions yet)

UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. 01723788922 automated call at 3:24pm today, caller said they were from B.T. and that they were going to disconnect me as there was evidence of somebody tapping in to my network, and if I wanted to speak to them to press 1. At this point I blocked the call as I am not with B.T. so I knew it was a spam caller.
