We are NOT in any way associated to the people making these calls. They use our name as a cover. We have reported this to the relevant authorities on a number of occasions. There is, unfortunately, very little they can do.

I was sent a text message from this number claiming to be Hermes parcel delivery. It must be a scam as I have no expected parcel.

Called them back, 03 numbers free on my plan, so didnt get charged (checked with the phone company) told them that i had reported their number, was hung up on. They rang the next day, dead air, rang the phone company who told me they can block the number. Wont be getting that again. Do not trust, when i call them i got different company names every time.

Asian guy rang and half way through the conversation he started to actually abuse me using the F word. And that was because I was being slightly awkward (due to the nature of the call). Nevertheless, I m sure it doesn t give him the right to start swearing down the phone. Told him he needed to be professional and brush up on his manners and he hung up (after swearing again).

Trying to dial the number gets a message that one should "check the number and try again" because the number is invalid (which I hinted at being possible). This, to me, confirms it is a scammer, attempting to appear a valid UK caller but failing as they are unfamiliar with the rules for UK phone numbers.
