SCAM - Pretending to be Microsoft and they download Anydesk on your PC, run some commands and show you the "threats" on your PC. They then run something that shows banking details and they direct you to go to your online banking so they can assist in fixing your security with your banking. (I am in IT and an elderly customer got tricked by this).

Said it was amazon charging me

SCAM - pretend to be calling to book me for a conference at ExCel London in November because I have previously attended it before using a Manchester local number. Started with the call will be recorded and they have called earlier this week with a different number. When asked how they got the number hung up the call.

SCAM said they were from Amazon and asked me to download remote login app to secure my Amazon account. Were then asking me to logon to my online banking to check oli had received a refund from cancellation of Amazon prime £79.99 Luckily I ended the call and deleted the remote login app. Reported to Amazon and changed password

SCAM - the guy said he was from a company called MEH. He said there was potentially something wrong with my life insurance cover which could stop me from being paid out. I asked him what life insurance cober and he hung up. Obviously a scammer BEWARE!!!

SCAM - Thick accented gentleman claiming to be from the Energy Department of Scottish Power - and they keep phoning back.

SCAMThis number called me about a £600 debit from my visa card. An man with an Indian accent asked me for my bank sort code I asked which sort code and he said the one from my visa debit card. I told him I did not have a visa debit card and asked him to explain further. He hung up. Please be aware never to give any bank details out over the phone. If someone calls you about an unauthorised transaction they should already know all of the details. It is always best to hang up and phone the bank yoursel

Received a scam text message from this number late at night reading: "Hey mum, using friends phone cos my screen broke. can u msg my temp number on whats app 07379573194 x" I also then received another text saying "hi" from 07597207752, which I know also send the same text message above.

He is a scammer. You pay a ‘deposit’ then he hits you with the ‘delivery fee’. Your not getting nothing. He aint even in your local area.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFOMATION THIS IS A KNOWN SCAM! This is a scam, I had them call me on different numbers 5 times in the last 2 days claiming there from several different companies. There trying to scam you out of money and DO NOT belong to any of these companies there claim to be. There try and get you to give them your bank details, once you do there will steal money from your account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFOMATION!

Swansea or Colchester fraudster

SCAM Received a text from this number supposedly from Sky. It stated they were unable to take my payment this month and my services will be stopped. It even provided a link to update my details. I haven’t had Sky since 2007 so I hope they haven’t been able to take a payment! :D Don’t click on the link, it’s not Sky; it’s a scam looking to get your bank details.

THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PHONE NUMBER. It is a supposed guy who hooked me up in a popular dating site (Happn) and he is trying to make me "invest" money in a fake Medtronic site: medtronic-vip.site. Please report this to the police ASAP, this is real, I have all the chats in my phone and I am available for questions from the police too. I did not fall in the trap, but other people are at risk! SCAM men claim to be from "para mba" organisation but do not say from where hi have my data .I ask him simple but random question what they do but hi claim that "we cross wires" and hi add"good luck in your job search". I have been charged for 2 calls to this number which I never made £30.00 odd . Phoned 3 customer service- unhelpful! I cannot make personal calls from my office and these were made on a Monday morning whilst I was at work. be very careful
