This number has rung twice this morning , silence on the other end

Called me to discuss Boiler Cover. I refused to say who my Boiler was covered with. They put the phone down.

I can assure everyone it is Vodafone, it s a Rotherham code number 01709 , that is where the company Webhelp is based. Webhelp have a various of campaigns there, Vodafone being one of the best. I know this myself because I work there.. we only ask questions to do with your current account because we need you to confirm it, meaning we already now it. Still don t believe me?.. Look the number up on the Vodafone website instead of some lame little blog.

Scam text seemingly from PayPal (although they spelt it PayPaI !)asking me to click a link accepting their terms and conditions to avoid suspension of account. Text deleted and...

I belive the call from this number is a scam, they claim being from BT and want to have control of my computer, which they will then mess up and want money to fix it... SO BEWAR...

Hey tellows community ! Anyone can help me to find more information on this number ? I am getting calls from this number but I have no idea who stands behind this number!

The number looked suspicious, and an on line search suggested that it was a scam call judging by the frequency with which the first 5 digits were used. I did not answer.

Phoned to tell me that i had a ?4,000 loan and i was due a refund once told him i never had on he started to become very rude and abrupt.

No answer, call just left hanging.

Phoned at 7.30 am and don't appreciate early calls when you have ill relatives. Not impressed. No messes must be a scam

I missed the call. On returning the call I was directed to an answering machine which stated that, "this is a marketing call, I am sorry we have missed you..". At least they are honest. I don t know the name of the company.
