I having my website redesign and both James and Lisa listen very carefully of what I wanted to have done. Originally, I ask for consultation for a personal website by mistake and Arial made sure that I got to the right department and reschedule me an appointment with Commerce-redesign on the same day. James called me and explained the details in more depth of my package and offered me more options to considered that my e-commerce website would get the most SEO attention that I wanted.
Says it’s from Royal Mail. I can’t verify if it’s real or not.

I'm in West Yorkshire and this is one of the increasing landline robo calls, originating from the south of England, I've been receiving in November 2020. Where it rings, there's no one there if I answer and if it goes to voice message, no message is left.
When I asked for his full details so that I could check with bt he said "no problem" and hung up.

I asked him to explain what happened as he had it all there. He told me to f*ck off and said he would slap me in the street if I spoke to him like that. They rang me in the evening and said they were from UK Society and hoped I could help them. I replied that i was registered with the TPS so shouldn t be receiving unsolicited calls and asked them how they d got my number. He apologised and mumbled something I didn t catch due to his Indian accent, then carried on with his spiel about how he was sure I could help them! I said I was too busy and put the phone down.
