Called March 10 2922. Domestic appliance insurance scam. Didn't wait for all the details. Typical asian voice saying insurance was running out. Normally they offer to renew at a discount if you give them your card details. NEVER give out personal details or bank details to anyone who phones you. If in doubt find the phone number you want from an independent source and phone them.

Receiving calls about boiler replacement every couple of days and I am now about to put it on my Truecall machine. The best ?100 I ever spent. I seldom get nuisance cals these days but as soon as I have time I Google them to check authenticity, then put them on the Truecall if not trusted. Twice this week have had Indian ladies with strong accents with an offer for me from Sky as I am over 60 - which I am not. The first one argued with me about my age and slammed the phone down the second one insisted I hadn t received the first call but slammed the phone down when I said I was not over 60.

Consider it DANGEROUS, if you answer, they know that your number is active, sell your number on, and you will be bombarded, they will log your times on answering and build a profile of you, and eventually you are bait. Police aren't interested as no crime has been committed...yet! but it's too late then isn't it? Log it here and make others aware that the scamming F***s have invaded Chatteris now.

I m so sick of sales calls to my mobile that I don t answer unknown numbers any longer. This Derby number has telephoned me at least twice a day over the last three weeks, no message is ever left, so I know they are not bonafide. I have requested companies take my info off their databases in the past and have threatened to report them, but I m not sure it has any effect. They seem a law unto themselves.
