I rang again and asked them where they were, they said Carlisle, l told them the last time l rank this number they were in Derby. reply was sorry sir

Just received a call from +44 7723 544321 .. usually I don’t answer call which isn’t in my contact as I received so many silent calls. Well I answered because I’m waiting for a phone call. But none reply when I said hello

Arseholes keep calling as if they have some right to do so. Not interested in their licence and, if you check the web, you will find they are trying to catch you into getting a licence.
I suspect this phone number has been cloned and, given the caller's accent and the quality of the line, is being used by a call centre from abroad. Almost definitely a scam.
