An Indian lady saying she us calling from BT about my Landline & internet connection . Then tries to confirm my name by saying my fathers name { passed away nearly four years ago } . Just been contacted by this number,claimed to be from(cooperative energy)asking for an up to date reading of my meters.I normally supply them online at the beginning of the month(which is only 2 days away) I gave them the readings and then they asked if they were located inside or outdoors.They also asked if they were accessible to an engineer should they need to call???????? This number rang my mobile today. Caller was male, but the line very crackly, so I was unable to catch what they were saying. Quality of the line makes me think it was being rerouted from elsewhere in the world. They haven't rung back so I can only assume it was a phishing type call. I have blocked it.
