Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. Called and asked for me by name, I asked who was calling and the person started a sales pitch. When I said who is calling the guy said "can your phone do this and hung up"
