This Asian lady said someone was connecting to my internet and said was from Talktalk. I said I check regularly online to see who s connected to my internet and she hung up. Very disturbing as we only just had our number changed on Talktalk because got so many unwanted calls,so how did they get my number again.

Everyone can relax. I just called the PO Helpline and a very helpful, patient and pleasant lady told me that this *is* a legitimate POTelephones offer. They are offering a bill reduction for long-term customers, a sort of loyalty bonus. I got the number of their helpdesk off of my latest bill, so *that* is almost certainly legitimate. My wife just had a call from this number, asking for payment for money owed to the phone service provider, which she didn't. Then he mentioned two other phones on her account, which she doesn't have. Finally mentioned a misunderstanding when I walked in and started asking questions and put the phone down. Ringing the number back shows its out if service.
